SOCIAL JUSTICE THROUGH SOLIDARTY: Cultivating solidarity within feminist economics
We look forward to welcoming you to the 33rd International Association for Feminist Economics (IAFFE) Annual Conference 2025 begin held at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst from July 3 - 5, 2025.
The theme of the 2025 IAFFE Annual Conference encourages us to build on the possibilities implied by thinking about solidarity. Led by Conference Chair Lee Badgett and the IAFFE Conference Program Committee, the 2025 IAFFE Annual Conference presents a thought-provoking program that explores solidarity as a cornerstone of feminist economics. This diverse agenda invites scholars and practitioners to engage deeply with the role of solidarity across multiple disciplines and dimensions.
Registration Fees
Registration for in-person attendance includes lunch on July 3 & 4, the welcome reception on July 3, and all coffee/tea breaks throughout the event. It also includes access to plenary sessions and all virtual sessions.
Optional add-on: Dinner on Friday, July 4 - $45.00 per person.
For virtual attendance, this registration is mandatory for all speakers who wish to present remotely, or any attendees who are unable to attend in person. The virtual registration includes access to all sessions and live-streamed plenary sessions.

How to Register
Registration is accepted online. Click [Register Now on UMass Conference Platform] to sign up today!
To register, you will first need to log in to Iris Registration, the online system being used to manage registration for this event. You can create an account with your email address and a password of your choice. If you have previously registered for an event with UMass Conference Services in the past 18 months, you can log in using your existing Iris Registration account. If your account has been inactive for 18 months, you will need to create a new account.

Late and Cancellation Fees
Late Fee: All registrations and payments received after the close of business on June 13, 2025, will be assessed a $40.00 late fee.
Cancellation Policy: Attendees cancelling their registration before the close of business on June 20, 2025, will receive a full refund of their fees minus a $40.00 cancellation fee and any administrative fee. Cancellations after this date may be ineligible for a refund and/or incur additional charges based on the date of cancellation. All cancellations must be in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted unless immediately followed by a written cancellation via email to [email protected].
